Band Discography

Satori -consisted of four young gifted individuals who shared passion in composing pop rock and grunge type of music. Hearth-felted lyrics and melody touches the hearts of many listeners in Calamba city (Laguna) where the group originally started. Founded by Reydan Rea the band’s lead vocalist/composer together with the magic of ajok’s drum playing, they started to rock on late 2003, originally called the Poppsmear. Years gone by, the band struggles to find the right players to fit with the music, changes it name occur, started with POPPSMEAR(2003), SATORI(2005), QUICKMELT(2006), and for some reasons change the name again to MANIBELA(2007), but they found out that there is a band named manibela finally they decided to stick with the name SATORI. Joined by Oliver experimental guitar playing, combined with Jonna’s massive BASS ATTACKS, the new SATORI group is rocked again. Achivements: 2003 – Nu 107 IN THE RAW, band review by Francis Reyes of The dawn using the name “POPPSMEAR” . 2005 – Nu 107 IN THE RAW, band review, interview by Francis Reyes using the name “SATORI” 2006 – RADYO NATIN Calamba 95.9 FM, Radio air play, “SINUNGALING” by the name Quickmelt & later on by the name SATORI.
