officially began in 2006 got their band name from a DVD boxset of The DOORS it was an idea by a great friend & former band mate. The bands music influences are from Rock & Roll, Alternative Rock, Progressive, Classic Rock to Blues. Bands & Artists such as: Black Sabbath,Guns & Roses, Coheed & Cambria,Korn,KISS,Mr. Big,Jimi Hendrix,Dream Theater,Pantera,G3 etc. Mental Floss is open to any kind of music as long as it pleases the crowd. They joined various battle of the bands in Angeles City.

Mental Floss comes in many forms. Many times, we don't even recognize when we're using it. It can be as deliberate as Meditation, a spirit quest, the use of hallucinogenic drugs, or therapy among other things.

Mental Floss can also be as simple and incidental as talking to others about our frustrations to others, crying, prayer, physical activity. Trying to overcome prejudice, preconceptions, experiences, circumstances, bad habits (physical and mental),& other barriers can also serve as a sort of mental floss.

Just be sure not to floss your mind so hard that it damages your mind, your brain, or the rest of your body.
