Guide on Creating a TXT CLAN (on a forum topic level):

* Topic should have a tag [TXTCLAN] Clan Name ex. [TXTCLAN] Rakista Smart Txt Clan (RSTC)
* Put a Description of your TXT Clan
* Include Officers (txt leader or admin, assistant, eb organizer, etc)
* Include members
* Include rules on how to join your TXT clan(by txting or by posting in topic)
* Feel free to create your own Rakista CLan if you already have enough members to support your TXT Clan.
